Bathroom is not maintained. Food is ok not so bad. His service boy tushar is very good with his service. I was only happy with that. Bed also was not clean like his bed sheets. Overall it was ok. 3 rating.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, conveniently located near the mahabaleshwar main market. My deluxe room was impressive - nicely appointed, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The toilets were also clean and well-kept. What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service. The room service staff were friendly, hospitable, and attentive to my needs. The only drawback was the lack of mobile network coverage in my room, which made it difficult to stay connected. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The combination of a great location, lovely rooms, and top-notch service makes it an excellent choice. Thank you

We added breakfast in our room booking on extra charges. However the hotel considered it as complimentary breakfast and non-veg food was restricted. Very disappointed as we had already paid our breakfast charges in advance for both veg and non veg.

Provided with the rooms there was no other proper facilities given for spending time also the cleanliness was not the best, average to be honest, no proper hospitality and only basic toiletry was given

Hospitality is very poor. No tea arrangement in hotel. Bathroom tap in bad condition continuous waler leakages making noise in whole night. No warm water.
